Change Orders are an industry standard and were created to maintain your budget and timeline. All changes requested after the construction specifications have been finalized require a Change Order. This form requires the signature of both the homeowner(s) and the project manager and details out budget and timeline implications along with a clear description of the change. Any Change Orders will be available on your Echelon Project Website.
