We have established an entire customer service department trained to address every question or concern that may arise. The team consists of knowledgeable, friendly and courteous employees who are available to make you comfortable in your home.
At settlement, Echelon Custom Homes provides each homeowner with a comprehensive home owner’s manual specific to their new home. Also, we schedule two customer service visits at 90 days and 11 months after your settlement date to ensure that you are pleased with your new home. If a homeowner has a concern at any time they can submit a Customer Service Request Form, but we are always available via phone, fax or to answer any questions. |
