I wanted to share with you a great story that applies to our E Factor theory. This last week we had ten couples over for a little party. One of the couples has a 23 yo daughter with C. P. and is in a motoriized wheel chair. Wes heard this girl was coming to visit and that we were having some issues with our elevator. I left that morning to golf and came home to find that Wes had the elevator serviced and had also built a wooden ramp out of some left over construction wood to aid in this girl's easy entrance into our house via the garage and elevator. When I saw this I couldn't have been more excited to share this with the folks at the party. Twenty people could not believe what Wes did and I told them that this was typical of your company and the employees. Everyone there has your company name etched in their brain right now. WAY TO GO WES!! Way to go Chris for employing all the Wes types in your company!!
